Evco Digital Thermostat Instructions. EVK213 Freezer & EVK211 Chiller
Below is the digital thermostat instruction guide for our in-cab controllers.
Un-locking the digital:
‘’LOC’’ – locked controls
‘’UNL’’ – un-locked controls
- Press the SET button & ↓ arrow simultaneously for 2 seconds.
The display will then show ‘’UNL’’ once it is unlocked.
Readings & Alarms:
PR1 – Cabinet probe error. A new probe needs to be installed as it cannot read the set temperature. The system will still operate but you will need the probe replaced as soon as possible.
PR2 – Freezer only Evaporator probe error. A new probe needs to be installed as it cannot read the set temperature. The system will still operate but you will need the probe replaces as soon as possible.
AH – Upper temperature alarm. Each thermostat has a set time for the temperature to come down to.
This alarm is indicating that the set temperature has not been reached. This could be a case of low refrigerant gas or a high ambient temperature. To remove the AH, simply turn the system off & then back on again.
